The Reverend Dr. Willie Eugene Marshall is a native of Peterman, Alabama. He was born in Monroeville, Alabama, the birthplace of the movies, “To Kill a Mockingbird,” and “Just Mercy.”
He proudly serves the wonderful clergy and congregants of the “It Matters,” Ozark Troy District, and is one of the best Presiding Elder assignments in our Zion. This marvelous district consists of twenty-eight churches with twenty-five pastors and its geographical territory serves seven counties in Southeast Alabama which includes Covington, Geneva, Crenshaw, Coffee, Pike, Dale, and Barbour County.
We are truly persuaded, that God Matters, the Church Matters, and the People Matter.
