Presiding Elder Dr Letitia Watford and Bro Tom Watford, Consultant, serve the Phenix City District of the Northeast Alabama Conference. This PE District comprises twenty-one urban and rural station churches across Russell and (a bit of) Lee Counties. We are extraordinarily gifted, talented, diverse, and proud AMEs.
